Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, well drained, finely chopped
2 tablespoons SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener,1 Gram of Fiber, Granulated
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

MIX all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
