Strawberry Banana Protein Pie

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cold Splenda Strawberry Banana Diabetes Care Shakes and sugar-free banana pudding mix, mixing for about two minutes. Place in the fridge and let cool for about 1 hour.
  2. In a small microwave safe bowl melt the vegetable oil spread and then combine with cookie crumbs.
  3. In a 9-inch pie pan, spread crumb mixture across the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Place in the fridge and let cool for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once both are cooled, place a layer of sliced strawberries on the bottom of the crust. Then spread pudding into the crust. Top with sliced banana and remaining sliced strawberries.
