Vanilla-Cranberry Granola Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup water
1/4 cup SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener, granulated
2/3 cup avocado oil
1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
4 cups oats (gluten-free, if desired)
1/2 cup dried shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup golden flax seeds
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 cup dried cranberries

Preparation

In a medium bowl, whisk water and SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener until sweetener is dissolved. Add avocado oil and vanilla extract and whisk until combined.

In a large bowl, mix oats, coconut, sunflower seeds, golden flax seeds, chia seeds, and cinnamon together. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, and mix well.

Spread mixture on two rimmed sheet pans and bake at 300° F for 1 hour, or until golden. After 30 minutes in oven, stir to break up any large pieces and return to oven to continue baking.

Let cool and mix in dried cranberries.
