  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine apples, Splenda Stevia Sweetener, cornstarch, pumpkin pie spice, salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Place 1 pie crust in a 9” pie plate; press firmly into bottom and sides.
  4. Transfer apple filling to the pie plate. Top with second crust. Tuck excess top crust under bottom crust edge, pressing edges together to seal; flute. Cut slits or shapes in top crust to vent.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until pie is golden brown.
