1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 teaspoons Splenda® Monk Fruit Liquid Sweetener
1 tablespoon ripe avocado
1-2 teaspoons matcha powder
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

Instructions
In a high power blender, add almond milk, Splenda Liquid Monk Fruit, avocado, matcha, and protein powder (if using). Blend until smooth.
Add frozen pineapple. Pulse at first, then blend until thick and creamy. Taste and add another teaspoon of sweetener if needed. Add ice if needed and blend again.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
