Ingredients

8 ounces hot water

1 Earl Grey tea bag

½ teaspoon dried lavender (optional)

1 tablespoon half and half

½ teaspoon Splenda® Stevia Liquid Sweetener

Instructions

  1. In teapot or small saucepan over high heat, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add tea bag and lavender (optional) and steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bag and discard.
  4. Pour tea through a wire-mesh strainer and discard lavender.
  5. Add Splenda Stevia Sweetener and half and half and stir well.
  6. Pour into mug over ice.
