1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
3 ¼ teaspoons matcha powder, divided
½ teaspoon baking soda
⅛ teaspoon baking powder
1 stick salted butter, softened
¾ cup + 1 ½ tablespoons Splenda® Magic Baker Sweetener, divided
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
⅓ cup stevia-sweetened white chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, 3 teaspoons matcha powder, baking soda and baking powder.
In a medium bowl, beat together butter and ¾ cup sweetener until smooth and creamy (about 1 minute). Add egg and vanilla, beating again.
Add in flour mixture in two batches, beating after each addition. Stir in the white chocolate chips. Scoop dough into balls, about 1 ½ tablespoon size.
In a small bowl, stir together 1 ½ tablespoons of sweetener with ¼ teaspoon matcha powder. Roll the top of each cookie dough ball into the matcha-sweetener mixture to create a sparkly top.
Place cookie dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pressing each down in the middle to form a good shape. Place each cookie dough ball 3 inches apart.
Bake for 8-11 minutes. Remove, let cookies cool and enjoy!
