Cinnamon Hot Chocolate Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
2 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk
8 packets SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, 1 Gram of Fiber
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups nonfat milk
2 tablespoons grated unsweetened chocolate
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Mix cocoa powder, nonfat dry milk, SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, 1 Gram of Fiber and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Set aside.

Pour milk into a small sauce pan. Add grated chocolate, vanilla, and cocoa mixture. Stir well, using a wire whisk.

Cook over medium-high heat until hot, whisking constantly, about 1-2 minutes.
