White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets.
  2. In a bowl, mix butter and Splenda Sugar Blend until light and creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir together oats, flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture and mix until well blended.
  4. Mix in white chocolate chips and cranberries.
  5. Drop tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Cool slightly, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
