Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bars

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 13” x 9” pan with foil and spray with a cooking spray.
  2. Combine flour, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, ¼ cup Splenda Sugar Blend, oats, and walnuts. Use a fork to cut in the margarine until mixture is crumbly.
  3. Reserve 1 cup of the crumb mixture and set aside. Press remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool.
  5. In a bowl using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, eggs, ¼ cup Splenda Sugar Blend, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice until well blended.
  6. Pour the filling over the prebaked crust. Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture and the chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until set. Lift from pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool. Cut into 24 bars.
