New York Style Cheesecake

To make the crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine crumbs, Splenda Sweetener, and butter. Mix until crumbs are evenly moist. Press into bottom of a 10” springform pan.

To make the filling:

  1. In a bowl using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Splenda Sweetener and flour and mix until smooth.
  2. Add eggs and egg yolks; beat until smooth. Add vanilla extract and cream; mix until well blended. Pour filling over crust.
  3. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 200°F and bake for 1 hour. Turn oven off and leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour more. Cheesecake will be slightly firm to the touch.
  4. Let cool for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
