  1. Add cottage cheese, Splenda Multi-Use Syrup, and ½ cup sliced strawberries to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container. Fold crushed vanilla wafers and ¼ cup diced strawberries into the mixture.
  3. Cover and freeze for 3-4 hours. Scoop into bowls and enjoy!
