Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together Splenda Sweetener and cocoa powder; slowly whisk in water.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until mixture thickens and resembles a syrup.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and whisk gently to combine. Heat over medium-low heat until simmering; do not boil. Remove cinnamon sticks before serving.
