Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie

  1. In a blender, add blueberries, banana, vanilla, and almond milk. Blend or pulse until smooth. Add Splenda Allulose Sweetener, chia seeds, and protein powder if using. Blend again. Add another splash of almond milk if needed.
  2. Add ice and blend or pulse until desired thickness is reached. Pour into 3 glasses and enjoy!


  • Any kind of milk will work: unsweetened cashew, coconut, dairy, or oat
  • Add a scoop vanilla protein powder for added protein
