1 ½ cups cake flour
2 tablespoons Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup vegetable oil spread
6 tablespoons fat free half & half

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, combine 1 ½ cups flour, Splenda Sweetener, baking powder, and salt. Add vegetable oil spread. Mix well using a pastry blend or 2 forks until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Add half & half. Using a sturdy spoon, mix just until mixture makes a soft, easy to roll dough. Sprinkle flour on a clean counter and shape dough into a ball.
Pat mixture into a large circle about ½ inch thick. Using a 2 inch biscuit cutter, form into 9 biscuits, patting dough together as necessary.
Place biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
