  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9” x 9” baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, whisk together egg, egg white, milk, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and cloves or allspice.
  3. Add bread and apple cubes. Add additional fruit or nuts if desired. Mix well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake for 40–45 minutes.
