5-Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

These flourless peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are deliciously soft and chewy and low in carbs. Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until everything is mixed together well.
  3. Scoop into tablespoon-sized cookie dough balls, and press down slightly to form a cookie shape (cookies will not rise, and only spread slightly).
  4. Bake for about 10 – 12 minutes. Let cool completely.
