2 cups finely chopped onion
1 2/3 cups chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
3 (15.5-ounce) can black beans, drained, reserving 1/2 cup of liquid.
1 (16-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (14.5-ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
3 packets SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, red peppers, garlic, and zucchini and cook until onions soften.
Add spices and cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
