1/2 cup chopped unsalted butter
1 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
2 tablespoons SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
6 each thinly sliced, medium granny smith apples
3 tablespoons apple or lemon juice
1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
Preheat the oven to 375? F.
In a medium bowl, mix together butter, oats, SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend and flour. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix together the apples, lemon juice, cinnamon and SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener.
Spray a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Place apples in the dish. Top with the oat mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the apples are softened.
