Instructions

To make the dressing:

  1. In a jar, add all ingredients for the sesame ginger dressing. Shake or whisk well.

To make the salad:

  1. In a large bowl, toss together shredded cabbage, bell pepper, carrots, cucumber, and green onions.
  2. Divide salad between two serving bowls and top with cooked chicken. Drizzle on sesame ginger dressing. Add toppings if desired and enjoy immediately!

Note

  • Dressing can easily be doubled or tripled and keeps in the refrigerator up to 7 days
  • Enjoy salad with fish instead of chicken if desired
  • Salad may be prepped ahead and kept in the refrigerator
