Instructions

1. In a jar, add the oats, Splenda Monk Fruit Sweetener, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla, protein powder, salt, and milk.  Stir or shake until everything is combined.  Store in the refrigerator overnight.

2. In the morning, stir together the almond flour, cinnamon and sweetener topping and sprinkle onto the oats.  Enjoy immediately!

Note

  • Adjust sweetness to your preferred taste; add a little more Splenda Monk Fruit Sweetener to the oat mixture if you’d like it sweeter
