“Honey” Glazed Ham

For the glaze

  1. While preparing the glaze, preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a saucepan, melt vegetable oil spread over medium-high heat.
  3. Add all other ingredients and stir to combine. Simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes until glaze thickens to a syrup consistency.

For the ham

  1. Brush ham with half of the glaze, wrap in foil and place in a roasting pan with rack.
  2. Bake for 90 minutes.
  3. Remove foil and brush ham with remaining glaze and bake uncovered for an additional 20 minutes.
  4. Remove browned “honey” glazed ham from oven. Slice and enjoy!
