Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs with mashed banana, Greek yogurt and vanilla, until mixture is well-combined.
  3. Sprinkle in Splenda Allulose Sweetener, almond flour, ground flaxseed, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Fold in any add-ins if using.
  4. Pour into a bread pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, or lined with parchment paper. Cover with tented foil to prevent the top from browning too quickly. Bake for 60 minutes, until toothpick comes out of the center clean. Let set for 30 minutes before slicing.
