Instructions

  1. In a food processor, puree raspberries. Pour puree through a wire strainer; discard seeds.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine raspberry puree, juice, seltzer, and Splenda Sugar Blend over medium heat. Add gelatin and whisk until dissolved.
  3. Bring mixture to a simmer and remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Spoon into gelatin molds or baking dish and refrigerate until firm.
