1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes (red or yellow)
1 bunch fresh basil leaves, washed and dried
2 sticks part skim mozzarella string cheese
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Cut each string cheese stick into 12 pieces.
Assemble each skewer with 3 tomatoes, 3 mozzarella pieces, and 3 basil leaves, alternating tomato, basil, and cheese. (Fold or tear large basil leaves in half before skewering.)
In a glass measuring cup, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and Splenda Sweetener. Drizzle over skewers before serving.
