Asparagus with Sesame-Ginger Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except asparagus. Blend until smooth.
  2. Cut asparagus on a diagonal into 2” lengths.
  3. Fill a large skillet with about 2” of water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add asparagus and simmer just until crisp-tender, 4–5 minutes. Drain well.
  4. Transfer to serving bowl. Pour sesame ginger sauce over the hot asparagus and toss to coat. Serve warm or at room temperature.
