Instructions
Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper. Spray the edges with nonstick cooking spray where the parchment paper does not cover.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter on low. Add Splenda Sweetened Condensed Milk, and stir continuously on low until combined. Add chocolate chips, stirring over medium-low heat until completely melted. Continue stirring until mixture becomes shiny, then remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Be careful not to overcook!
Carefully pour into the pan, gently spreading out the mixture evenly. Sprinkle with a little flaky salt if desired. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Lift fudge from the pan using parchment paper. Slice into pieces. Enjoy!
Note
Store leftover fudge in the refrigerator and use within one week. Remove and let soften a bit to enjoy.
Add-ins for a variety of fudge flavors: peppermint extract, peanut butter, toasted almonds or toasted coconut.
