Big Batch Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl using an electric mixer, beat butter and Splenda Sugar Blend on medium speed until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, molasses and vanilla extract, beating until blended.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture, beating at low speed until blended.
  6. Stir in oats and raisins.
  7. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto lightly greased baking sheets. Slightly flatten cookies.
  8. Bake 10–12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly, then remove to wire racks and cool completely.
