6 squeezes (1.5 ml) SPLENDA ZERO™ Liquid Sweetener* or 2 tablespoons of SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
1/2 square unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
2 cups hot brewed coffee (double strength)
1/2 cup thawed Lite Whipped Topping
COOK first 3 ingredients in saucepan 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently. (Do not boil.)
ADD to chocolate in medium bowl; whisk until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in coffee.
POUR into 4 mugs. Top with Lite Whipped Topping.
Serving Size: 1 (9 fl oz). If desired, you can substitute with decaffeinated coffee.
