4 ½ cups (1.24 lbs.) All-purpose flour
1 tablespoon (0.51 oz.) Baking soda
1 tablespoon (0.64 oz.) Ground cinnamon
3 cups (1.5 lbs.) Softened unsalted butter
3 cups (20.3 oz.) SPLENDA® Sugar Blend
6 each (9 fl. oz.) Large eggs
3 tablespoons (1.5 fl. oz.) Molasses
1 tablespoon + 1 ½ teaspoons (0.75 fl. oz.) Vanilla extract
9 cups (1.59 lbs.) Rolled oats
3 cups (1.06 lbs.) Raisins
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Stir together flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Set aside.
Beat butter and SPLENDA® Sugar Blend until light and fluffy. Add eggs, molasses and vanilla, beating until blended. Gradually add flour mixture, beating at low speed until blended.
Stir in oats and raisins.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto parchment lined cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
