Recipe Ingredients

Dressing

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
Slaw
4 cups shredded carrots
2/3 cup drained crushed pineapple
1/2 cup raisins

Preparation

Mix all dressing ingredients in a large bowl.

Add carrots, pineapple, and raisins. Toss to combine.

Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to blend.
