Instructions

  1. Spray a nonstick sauté pan with olive oil cooking spray. Add red pepper and cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, until softened.
  2. In the bowl of a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth, about 2 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides of bowl.
