  1. In a medium saucepan, bring rice wine to a boil over medium-high heat; remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  2. Return saucepan to medium-high heat and whisk in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil; stirring constantly until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and use immediately or refrigerate for later use.
