  1. In a food processor, combine raspberries, Splenda Sweetener, orange juice, and lemon juice. Process until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the bowl.
  2. Pour mixture through a mesh strainer into a bowl, pressing the back of a spoon against the strainer to extract all the liquid. Discard any remaining solids. Stir in orange zest.
  3. Transfer mixture into an 8” square pan. Freeze about 8 hours or until firm.
  4. Remove from freezer and let stand at room temperature 20 minutes.
  5. Spoon mixture into serving dishes.
