Peppermint Mocha

Instructions

  1. In a standard drip coffee maker, brew 3 cups of strong brewed coffee
  2. In a small saucepan, bring milk and Splenda Sweetener to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Whisk in cocoa powder until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.
  5. Divide hot coffee in 4 serving mugs; stir in peppermint mixture.
  6. Top with whipped cream and fresh mint; serve.
