Peach Raspberry Lemonade Concentrate

Instructions

  1. Add water and Splenda Monk Fruit Sweetener to a small pot and bring to a simmer.
  2. Once all the sweetener is dissolved and the water is simmering, remove from heat; stir in lemon juice. Let the syrup cool for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add raspberries and peaches and slightly cooled syrup to a blender and puree until smooth.
  4. Pour concentrate through a fine mesh sieve to remove the raspberry seeds.
  5. Place the strained concentrate in a jar and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled before using.

Note

To make a single serving of Peach Raspberry Lemonade:

  1. Add ⅓ cup of Peach Raspberry Lemonade Concentrate to ⅔ cup cold water and mix well.
  2. Serve over ice and garnish with raspberries or peaches.

To make a 2 quart pitcher of Peach Raspberry Lemonade:

  1. Add all 2 cups of Peach Raspberry Lemonade Concentrate to a 2 quart pitcher. Add 6 cups of cold water and mix well
  2. Serve over ice and garnish with raspberries or peaches.
