Place all the ingredients in a shallow skillet over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until thickened and color darkens to medium brown. The volume should be reduced by nearly half, stirring frequently with a rubber spatula to prevent burning.
Once reduced, removed from heat and allow to cool slightly. Transfer to a bowl. Cover and place in the fridge.
Once the mixture is cold and firm (a few hours or overnight), scoop mixture with a tablespoon-sized scoop. Roll in Splenda Allulose or finely chopped nuts of your choice, such as peanuts. Refrigerate until serving!
