Hot “Honey” Chicken Sliders

  1. To make Hot “Honey” Sauce, add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together well. Or, add ingredients to a mini-food processor and blend. Taste and add a pinch more ground cayenne if needed.
  2. Cook chicken strips according to package directions. Slice into 1-ounce pieces to fit on slider bun.
  3. To build Hot “Honey” Chicken Sliders, place 1-ounce chicken piece on each of the 10 slider buns. Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of the sauce on top of the chicken. Put the top on the bun and stick a toothpick in the middle to hold it together. Repeat for the rest, making 9 more sliders and serve!
  4. Pour the remaining Hot “Honey” Sauce in a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
