Instructions
To make Sweet & Spicy Chipotle Sauce, stir together syrup, hot sauce, chipotle seasoning, and salt into a small bowl and set aside.
Cook chicken strips according to package directions. Slice into 1-ounce pieces to fit on waffle slider.
Turn oven to low broil. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place mini-waffles in a single layer on baking sheet. Put in oven just until toasted on one side, about 3 minutes. Flip and toast waffles on the other side, about 2 more minutes. Remove.
To build Waffle Sliders, place 1-ounce chicken piece on each of the 10 mini waffles. Drizzle about 2 teaspoons of the sauce on top of the chicken. Top with a mini waffle and stick a toothpick in the middle to hold it together. Drizzle another teaspoon of the sauce on the top waffle. Repeat for the rest, making 9 more sliders. Sprinkle chopped parsley over all Waffle Sliders and serve!
