1 tablespoon vegetable oil spread, melted
3 tablespoons Splenda® Magic Baker™ Brown Sweetener
2 tablespoon Splenda® Magic Baker™ Sweetener
½ large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
⅛ teaspoon coarse sea salt

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to cream vegetable oil spread and Splenda Magic Baker Sweeteners. Add half of one beaten egg, vanilla extract, and continue to mix.
In a small bowl, combine baking soda and flour; add to the wet ingredients and continue to mix on low until the cookie dough forms. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips. Form the dough into a ball.
Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit in your air fryer. Place the cookie dough ball on the center of the parchment paper and cook in the air fryer at 350°F for 6 minutes.
Using a flat bottom ramekin or cup, press down on the cookie while still in the air fryer basket to flatten to around a ½-to-¾ inch thick. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes until the outside of cookie is brown, not burnt. The center of the cookie should still be gooey.
Remove the cookie from the air fryer while still on the parchment paper and cool on a cooling rack for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy warm!
