  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add peanut butter, Splenda Multi-Use Syrup, and almond flour. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Scoop dough into teaspoon-sized balls. Using a fork, press dough balls down onto lined baking sheet, creating a crosshatch pattern.
  4. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown on the edges.
  5. To make the filling, mix together peanut butter and Splenda Multi-Use Syrup.
  6. Allow cookies to cool completely, then spread ¼ teaspoon of the filling across half the cookies. Make sandwiches with the remaining cookies.
