2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 28oz. can whole peeled tomatoes
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 teaspoons SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
Sauté onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and olive oil on medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir in tomato
puree. Add whole peeled tomatoes breaking up
with wooden spoon. Add dried lentils and quinoa.
Add in sea salt, black pepper, oregano, parsley, basil, red pepper and SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. Delicious by itself or over your favorite whole wheat pasta or veggies.
