Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup orange pineapple juice
1 tablespoon SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener,1 Gram of Fiber, Granulated
1 1/2 cups unsweetened, frozen tropical blend fruit chunks*
3 drops coconut or rum extract

Preparation

BLEND all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.

*1½ cups frozen mango or other frozen tropical fruit can be substituted
