Tropical Fruit and Cottage Cheese Parfait Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

3 packets SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener
1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mixed tropical fruit, drained
2 teaspoons shredded coconut

Preparation

MIX SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, cottage cheese and vanilla together in a small bowl.

SPOON 1/4 cup cottage cheese into two parfait glasses. Place half of the fruit on top. Top fruit with remaining cottage cheese.

SPRINKLE coconut on top of fruit.
