Recipe Ingredients

4 packets SPLENDA® Naturals Stevia Sweetener
1 1/2 pounds Brussels Sprouts, ends trimmed
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place all ingredients into a large re-sealable bag. Shake well to coat Brussels Sprouts. Pour Brussels Sprouts onto a baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes shaking the pan every 10 minutes to ensure browning.
