Into the bowl of a food processor or a powerful blender, add raspberries, lemon juice, and SPLENDA®. Blend until raspberries are puréed.
Add all the ice cubes into the food processor or blender; purée until mixture is mostly smooth and in a slushie consistency (It’s ok if there are a few ice chunks. Don’t risk over mixing it.).
Divide slushie into 4 cups and serve immediately with straws.
Cooking Tip: If your blender is too small for the entire recipe, just split the recipe into two batches, adding half the ingredients each time.
Keep it Healthy: Raspberries aren’t the only fruit to be made into a slushie. Other combinations include blueberries and lime juice; mangos and pineapple juice; strawberries and orange juice. The list can go on and on. Just follow the recipe format above of 1¾ cups fresh fruit and ½ cup juice, along with 1 cup SPLENDA® and 5 cups ice cubes.
Tip: If the price of raspberries is too high or fresh raspberries aren’t to be found, substitute with 2 cups thawed frozen raspberries with juices; increase the ice amount to 6 cups.
