In a medium bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, Neufchatel cheese, SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated, and crushed graham cracker. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Place in the freezer for about two hours or until firm.
Stir together Greek yogurt and SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener packet. Dip the balls into the yogurt mixture and place back on the baking sheet. Return to the freezer until yogurt has fully hardened. Serve cold.
