Mixed Berry Trifle Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 (10-12 ounce) premade angel food cake
Berry Mixture
1 pint fresh blueberries
2 cups frozen raspberries
6 Packets SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, 1 Gram of Fiber
Whipped Cream
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 Packets SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, 1 Gram of Fiber
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (6 ounce) cups lemon yogurt
1/3 cup blueberry preserves
1/4 cup crushed ginger snaps

Preparation

CUT angel food cake into bite size pieces. Set aside.

PLACE berries in a medium size bowl. Add 1/4 cup of SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener, 1 Gram of Fiber and toss until combined. Set aside.

WHIP heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Mix in SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener with Fiber, vanilla, yogurt and blueberry preserves.

LAYER angel food cake, berries and whipped cream mixture in a large size trifle bowl. Repeat. Sprinkle top with crushed ginger snaps.
