10 cups (3.6 lbs.) Fresh mango, peeled & cubed
2 ½ cups (20 fl. oz.) Mango juice
3 cups (24 fl. oz.) Lowfat milk
¼ cup (1.7 oz.) SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener
2 ½ teaspoons (0.4 fl. oz.) Vanilla extract
2 ½ cups (2.3 lbs.) Crushed ice
Place mango in the freezer for 20 minutes or until frozen.
Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
To make this recipe using SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated use 2 cups (1.7 oz.) in place of SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener.
Mango nectar may be used in place of mango juice.
