Recipe Ingredients

3 cups ice
2/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, plus 4 sprigs for garnish
1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

Preparation

In a blender, combine ice, lemon juice, mint, and SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener. Pulse until ice is crushed. Pour mixture into cocktail glasses, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
